This is a quick reset, not a deep clean, but it’ll make your emails stress- free and more manageable.
What I’ll do in one hour:
- Create 3 folders: Action Needed, Work/Clients, Archive*
- Label and organize emails into these folders
- Unsubscribe from the top 10 obvious spam/unwanted junk emails
*Action Needed will be used for emails you need to act on quickly, Work/Clients for ongoing projects, and Archive is for everything else.
My aim is to reduce the noise, not reach inbox zero
Important Terms:
No emails will be permanently deleted.
No screen sharing will be used; work will be performed directly within the granted email access.
No changes will be made outside the agreed 1-hour scope without written approval.
