Msi geforce rtx 3060 ventus 3x 12gb oc

The graphics card is in excellent cosmetic condition. The fans spin normally and the card powers on, but it does not display any video output (no display). The exact cause of the issue is unknown, so it is being sold as faulty for repair or parts.
