We are looking for a professional who understands that every interaction with a customer shapes the company’s reputation. We believe outstanding service is built on attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.

Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and process order drop-off and collection;

* Advise customers on our dry cleaning and laundry services and recommend the most suitable solutions;

* Create and manage orders in the company system, process payments and operate the cash register;

* Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about the status of their orders;

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries;

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent the company professionally;

* Work closely with the production team to resolve customer requests efficiently.

Requirements

* Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, or another customer-facing role;

* Fluent Russian is required;

* Conversational English or Greek;

* Good computer skills;

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

* Responsible, friendly, detail-oriented, and a team player;

* Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations;

* Valid permit to work in the Republic of Cyprus.
