This is a unique arrangement. I am a professional seafarer working as a Chief Security Officer, meaning I am deployed and out of the country for roughly 10 months of the year. During that time, you (and your partner/flatmate) will have the entire apartment to yourselves. I will only be staying in the apartment for roughly 60 days out of the year.

I maintain a very clean, structured, and organized household. I am looking for a responsible tenant, couple, or flatmates who value a quiet, tidy living environment and will treat the property with respect while I am at sea.
