What You'll Do:
Craft handcrafted espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages to recipe standards.
Welcome guests warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments (POS system).
Maintain a clean, organized bar area, dining space, and restocking supplies.
Serve baked goods or light food items.
Keep up with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
Basic knowledge of espresso equipment, extraction, and milk steaming techniques.
Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work well in a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
