Marine Wings Air Ticket Professionals Ltd is hiring a Marine Travel Consultant in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are looking for a service-minded, detail-oriented professional to join our specialist marine travel team. In this role, you will coordinate air travel for seafarers, crew members, and maritime specialists, ensuring efficient and reliable travel arrangements in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange and manage air travel for crew members and maritime specialists.
- Assess clients’ requirements, including schedules, routing, transit visas, and cost considerations.
- Handle flight bookings, amendments, reissues, and related travel requests.
- Provide accurate and responsive client support.
- Participate in a 24-hour duty rota.
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Travel & Tourism Diploma and IATA Diploma.
- Basic knowledge of Amadeus GDS and IATA city/country codes.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- A reliable team player who learns quickly and works well under pressure.
- Legal right to work in Cyprus.
