I’m a 65 year old, British female, calm and easy-going, and I travel quite a bit. I’m looking for one mature, professional and independent person to share my spacious 4-bedroom home in the lovely, sought-after Greek Cypriot village of Kiti near Larnaca.
The house is spacious, light and comfortable, with a large furnished double bedroom with en-suite, open-plan kitchen and living areas, workspace, private garden, swimming pool, car port and fast Wi-Fi.
Everything you need is within walking distance — supermarket, shops, bars and excellent restaurants. It’s a quiet, friendly and authentic village, and as I travel regularly, you’ll have the house to yourself quite a bit.
🌞 Cyprus is pleasantly warm well into January, making it a lovely place to spend the winter.
✈️ Cyprus is not currently part of the Schengen Area, which can be useful for travellers who need to manage their Schengen days.
