Experienced Real Estate Agent / Closer – Cyprus Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Agent / Closer to join a growing real estate team in Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Cyprus property market, excellent negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage clients and successfully close property transactions. Responsibilities Manage qualified leads and prospective property buyers or investors Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties Conduct property presentations and viewings Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Negotiate terms and guide clients through the sales process Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organised sales pipeline Handle objections professionally and confidently Work toward individual and team sales targets Maintain strong knowledge of the Cyprus property market, available developments and current opportunities Coordinate with internal teams throughout the transaction process Requirements Previous experience in real estate sales is required Proven negotiation and closing abilities Fluent in both Greek and English Excellent communication and client-management skills Strong understanding of the Cyprus real estate market Professional, confident and results-oriented approach Strong organisational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer €1,800 monthly base salary 1% commission on every completed deal Qualified leads provided Professional and dynamic working environment Opportunity to work within the growing Cyprus property market Strong earning potential based on performance Long-term career-development opportunities If you are an ambitious real estate professional with the confidence and experience to turn qualified opportunities into successful deals, we would like to hear from you.
