Second Cup Ermou is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our team in a combined Lanza & Cleaner position.
Main Responsibilities
Wash and organize dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, kitchen equipment and utensils.
Keep the lanza/dishwashing area clean, organized and hygienic throughout the shift.
Clean the kitchen, preparation areas, counters and working surfaces.
Clean the café areas, including floors, tables, chairs and common areas.
Regularly check and clean the customer and staff toilets, ensuring they are always clean and properly stocked.
Empty rubbish bins and correctly dispose of waste.
Maintain cleanliness of storage and back-of-house areas.
Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
Assist the kitchen and service team with basic cleaning or support duties when required.
Complete cleaning duties according to the daily and weekly cleaning schedule.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and products are used correctly and safely.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is responsible, punctual, organized and attentive to cleanliness. The person should be comfortable working in a busy café environment and cooperating with the rest of the team.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment is an advantage.
