We want to build a relationship based on trust and reward those who will take care of our home as if it were their own. For this reason, we designed a plan that significantly reduces your monthly expenses:
* • Initial monthly rent: €1,900.
* • Pristine condition bonus: If the space is well-maintained and no damages occur, we hand you back €50 in cash every single month!
* • Prepaid Electricity: -€50 (the amount of €50 is fully covered by us each month, and the tenant only pays the difference if the bill exceeds it).
* • Prepaid Water: -€30 (since water in the area is extremely economical, this €30 monthly allowance fully covers standard, normal usage and is practically free).
* ➡️ NET MONTHLY COST: ONLY €1,770 per month! You save €130 every month and have your basic bills sorted out with zero stress. Naturally, if any accidental damage occurs, the cost of repair is fully covered by the tenant.

* • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all indoor spaces.
* • Pets are not allowed.
* • Regarding the Internet: Since we are located in a village, there is no pre-installed Wi-Fi. However, connecting is incredibly easy using 4G/5G mobile devices (Pocket Wi-Fi or a Router with a SIM card).
