My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to share a lovely 2 bedroom, newly renovated apartment in Cyprus.
Ideally, we’d love to share with someone easygoing, reasonably tidy, and happy to enjoy a peaceful home together. Always nice to share a chat, a meal, or a drink sometimes too 😊
About us:
I’m from Belgium, speak French and English, and work in IT. My girlfriend speaks English.
We usually spend around three months a year in Cyprus, so you’d have the apartment to yourself for most of the year! In 2027, we’re planning to be there from January until around March or April.
We’re a quiet couple and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere at home. We’re not really into parties, but we like having friends over occasionally for dinner or drinks and meeting new people 🙂
The apartment:
The apartment is well located, in great condition, and available from October 1st, following renovations that include:
- New windows and frames with good insulation, plus mosquito screens
- New air conditioning in every room
- A brand-new kitchen with a fridge, cooking facilities, a washing machine, and a dishwasher
Furniture:
We’ll be bringing a sofa, a dining table, desks, a projector, and a few other pieces of furniture.
If you need a bed or other furniture for your room, we can ask the landlord whether they can provide it, although this may increase the rent slightly. I’m also happy to pick up anything else we need for the shared spaces.
