We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Second Cup Ermou, Larnaca.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista
EU citizen / eligible to work in Cyprus
Good knowledge of English & Greek
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks
Ability to operate and maintain professional coffee equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, positive and professional attitude
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and organizational skills
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Reliable and punctual
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffees and other beverages according to Second Cup standards, provide excellent customer service, take and process orders, maintain a clean and organized bar/workstation, monitor stock and supplies, and work closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
