8 Olympus Camedia C-480 Zoom – 4.0MP CCD Digital Camera – Classic Y2K Digicam The Olympus Camedia C-480 Zoom, also known as the Olympus D-545 Zoom in some markets, is a fantastic little early-2000s digital camera and a great choice for anyone who loves the authentic Y2K/vintage digicam look. Released in 2005, the C-480 features a 4.0-megapixel CCD sensor and a genuine 3x optical zoom lens (38–114mm equivalent). Its CCD sensor produces the distinctive colors, contrast and slightly softer character that vintage digicam enthusiasts love, especially when shooting with the built-in flash. It is a completely different experience from the heavily processed images produced by modern smartphones. The compact body is lightweight, simple to use and perfect for everyday shooting, holidays, parties, or simply recreating that nostalgic early-2000s digital photography style. Condition & Testing The camera is in excellent overall cosmetic and working condition, with only some small imperfections on the body from normal age and use.
