Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communication with Polish-speaking clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Identify client needs and offer suitable solutions
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
Requirements:
Fluent in Polish
Previous experience in sales or customer service (financial services is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude
