Content creator & social media manager

About the Role Arie Real Estate is a growing real estate development company based in Paphos, Cyprus. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Content Creator & Social Media Manager to work directly with the founder and build a distinctive and engaging online presence for the company. This is a part-time, on-site position in Paphos (approximately 12–15 hours per week). We are looking for someone who will work physically alongside us — at the office and occasionally at our projects — rather than remotely. What You’ll Do • Develop and manage our overall content strategy • Build a monthly content calendar • Generate creative ideas, concepts and hooks • Film and edit engaging short-form video content • Create Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts • Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn • Help develop longer-form YouTube content • Help create and produce our podcast • Write captions and adapt content for each platform • Create Stories and behind-the-scenes content • Follow social media trends and identify new content opportunities • Review performance and continuously improve the content strategy Platforms Instagram • Facebook • LinkedIn • TikTok • YouTube • Podcast Who We’re Looking For We care more about creativity, initiative and portfolio than formal qualifications. You should: • Have a strong understanding of social media and current content trends • Be comfortable filming and editing video independently • Have excellent English • Be confident working with tools such as CapCut, Canva and/or Adobe • Be organised and able to take an idea from concept to published content • Be proactive and comfortable suggesting your own ideas Real estate experience is not required.
