For Melrose Villas, it began with a walk.
On a visit to Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, our architect found something no drawing could hold, a street that felt constantly alive. Movement, colour, people, architecture, the rhythm of everyday life, all moving at once. She returned to Limassol carrying more than inspiration. The idea stayed with her, to create a place shaped by the sense of vibrancy and belonging.
Melrose would no longer be a location you simply pass through, but somewhere you choose to stay.
