10 The Pentax SFX, also known as the Pentax SF1 in the US, is a highly interesting and historically important 35mm autofocus SLR introduced in 1987. One of the most distinctive features of the Pentax SFX is its unusual futuristic design. It was among the pioneering autofocus SLR cameras of its generation and featured a built-in TTL pop-up flash, an offset hot shoe positioned on the grip area, and Pentax's distinctive angled top LCD display for quick viewing of exposure information.
