The ESSA Group is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support the maintenance of Rebuke Lounge Restaurant.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repairs, including:
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Painting and touch-up works
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Maintenance of lighting, switches, sockets and fixtures
• Repairing doors, locks, furniture and other fittings
• Ensuring our lounge bar Restaurant, buildings and facilities are kept in excellent working condition
• Working with external contractors when specialist repairs are required
👤 Requirements
•EU CITIZEN
• Previous experience in maintenance, construction or a similar position
• Good practical knowledge of plumbing and electrical work
• Painting and general repair skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Reliable, responsible and organised
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Technical qualifications or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage
• Valid driving licence
