Small cafe space in the old town of Limassol, 65 m² in total, of which 34 m² is covered, the kitchen and the terrace under the roof, and the rest is an open courtyard with trees.
The space itself is finished, and we do the fit out around whoever takes it, the kitchen, the fridges, the furniture, the lighting, the planting, all of it picked to match your concept rather than ours. It would work as a cafe, a bakery, a brunch place or a small bistro. The pictures are visualisations, just one idea of how it could look once it is fitted out, the final look we decide together.
