Just two minutes’ walk from Ayia Thekla beach, Villa Marina is a peaceful, family-friendly three-bedroom villa. The villa is set in a quiet area, while a supermarket, restaurants and bus stop are all within a five-minute walk. Ayia Napa is just 5–10 minutes by car, with Paralimni and other amenities also easily accessible.
The nearby Ayia Thekla beach is a small, sheltered bay with white sand and calm, shallow waters, making it particularly suitable for families. A small sandy island just offshore can be reached on foot through the shallow water. The beach also has lifeguards and a restaurant serving fresh local fish, as well as meat, traditional dishes, snacks and drinks.
The villa is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a comfortable living room, open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs are two further double bedrooms, the main bathroom and a private veranda with a beautiful sea view.
