Esprit moved the catalogue to its G10 generation in 2026, so Eterna in this form is no longer built. Materials and construction are exactly as they were when it was current, and the price reflects only its place in the catalogue. What it does A loudspeaker cable carries the full output of the power amplifier, so it works at high current and low impedance. That is a different job from an interconnect, and it is why conductor cross section matters. Eterna uses 1680 strands of 0.08mm pure copper with a 10 micron silver coating, in a symmetrical electrical structure with asymmetrical twisting. Insulation is built around air rather than a solid jacket pressed onto the conductor, with partial screening along the run.
