F2 A very nice example of the Fuji FZ-500 Zoom, a compact and easy-to-use 35mm film camera fitted with a Fujinon 35-70mm f/3.5-6.7 zoom lens. Exceptional Fujinon Optics Fuji's lenses from this era are highly regarded, and the Fujinon zoom fitted to this camera is capable of producing sharp images, strong contrast and attractive color rendition. The useful 35-70mm focal range makes it a versatile choice for everyday photography, travel, street photography, portraits and general snapshots. The camera is in excellent overall condition, with only some small cosmetic imperfections and light signs of handling on the body consistent with age and normal use. The optics are clean, and the camera has been fully tested and is working flawlessly. Autofocus, zoom, film transport, exposure system, flash and controls are all operating properly. One particularly useful feature is the dedicated front flash control, allowing the user to quickly select between AUTO, FILL-IN and OFF. The camera also handles focusing and exposure automatically, making it very simple and enjoyable to use. The camera requires 1 × CR-P2 battery, which is not included. Seller's Note – Battery Door Please note that the battery compartment originally has a small locking/release button which is pressed while sliding the battery door outward to open it. This small button is missing. The battery door itself still closes properly and is held securely in place. It will not open simply by moving or shaking the camera. However, because the small locking button is missing, if the battery door is accidentally pushed outward in the opening direction, it can slide open. This does not affect the normal operation of the camera, but the user should simply take a little care when handling it. For additional security, a very small piece of transparent tape can easily be placed over the edge of the battery compartment to prevent it from being accidentally pushed open. Apart from this clearly mentioned issue, the camera is fully tested, fully functional and performing flawlessly, with clean optics and excellent overall cosmetic condition.
