A beautifully preserved JVC Everio GZ-HM30SE, ideal for vintage digital-video lovers who want the feel of a proper dedicated camcorder while still enjoying the convenience of memory-card recording.
One of the biggest attractions of this model is its very small, lightweight and pocket-friendly design. It is easy to carry, comfortable to use, and perfect for holidays, family videos, events, travel, street filming, or simply enjoying the classic handheld camcorder experience again.
Despite its compact size, the GZ-HM30SE features a Konica Minolta HD lens with a powerful 40x optical zoom, giving excellent reach for distant subjects without having to rely only on digital enlargement. It also offers Dynamic Zoom up to approximately 70x, making it especially versatile for outdoor shooting and travel.
The camcorder records genuine 1280 × 720 HD video in AVCHD Lite format directly onto SDHC and SDXC memory cards. When connected to a compatible television through its Mini-HDMI output, the video output can be upscaled to 1920 × 1080p for Full-HD playback on a larger screen.
There are no tapes, discs or internal hard drives to deal with. Simply record onto the memory card and transfer the files easily to a computer.
Other useful features include a 2.7-inch fold-out LCD screen, 1.5MP CMOS sensor, Intelligent Auto, Digital Image Stabilizer, Face Detection, Time-Lapse Recording, Auto Recording, still-photo capability, and simple automatic shooting controls for easy point-and-shoot filming.
Connectivity includes Mini-HDMI, USB and AV output, making it suitable for both modern and older equipment.
