The house is fully ready for moving in or for renting business: everything from cutlery to kids toys comes with the house.
Located just 1 minute from the beach, you can see the sea right from the window! It is really windy on a spacious terrace during the hot summer - so you dont need to be inside the house and use aircons all the time.
Though all thee rooms have their own airconditioner!
The house has 2 floors.
Two bedrooms both have a seaview and a big balcony to share.
Master bedroom has a cute working area as well as gorgeous bamboo bed with the most expensive Ikea mattress 160*200. All furnished recently from Ikea. There is a built in wardrobe which is very spacious up to the ceiling.
Second bedroom also has spacious wardrobe up to the ceiling. As well as two beds, both Ikea. One of the beds transforms in two, so overall 3 ppl can sleep here. There is also a little table and an Ikea hanger for kids.
There is a toilet room on the 1st floor
And bathroom with full sized bath on the 2nd floor
Main room is on the fist floor and has a folding sofa with a storage space underneath. It pars nicely with a stylish glass coffee table. Beside that room has 3 more spaces for comfortable storing your belongings. The room has fireplace, but is hasnt been used for a while. There is a floor to ceiling mirrow on one of the walls which gives the room a more spacious vibe.
The kitchen is connected to the main room, but not combined with it
Is is fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Also it is fully packed with all the kitchen utensils. Has a cute little table and Ikea chairs. The kitchen cabinets are also Ikea.
The main table is located on a spacious terrace which is a heart of the house - is has a little sea view, but most important - shade and wind from the sea.
The entire house is surrounded by bushes along the perimeter. There is also an outside shower and watering hose.
There is a swimming pool on the territory of our little village
Overall, the house gives Bali vibes and absolutely welcoming atmosphere. It will be most suiting for family with kids and adult couples.
