M House is a boutique hotel and lifestyle destination in the heart of Larnaca, combining hospitality, coworking, food, social spaces and a beautiful pool and garden.
We are looking for a confident, personable and hands-on all-rounder to help run our daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
This is not a traditional desk job. We need someone who enjoys being involved, takes responsibility and is equally comfortable welcoming guests, coordinating colleagues or stepping behind the bar.
Your responsibilities:
* Welcome and look after hotel guests, members and visitors.
* Oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards.
* Coordinate housekeeping, bar and other team members.
* Assist with bar service, preparing drinks and serving guests during quieter periods.
* Handle reservations, bookings, enquiries and guest communications.
* Introduce visitors to our facilities, memberships and services.
* Solve problems independently and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Lead when needed, while being equally comfortable following instructions and supporting the team.
Who we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants or similar environments.
* Excellent English; Greek is an advantage.
* Friendly, confident and naturally service-minded.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable both giving direction and taking instructions.
* Organised, reliable, flexible and proactive.
* Willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
* Bar or food & beverage experience is an advantage.
* Good computer and administrative skills.
