I have been the first and only tenant of this apartment and have happily lived here for the past four years. It has genuinely been a wonderful home for me, and I would probably have stayed much longer if my personal circumstances had not changed.
Another big advantage is the landlord. He is an excellent, reliable and very fair landlord, and after four years I can genuinely say that having such a good relationship with your landlord makes a real difference.
The apartment itself is bright, spacious and has a very warm and charming atmosphere. It offers three bedrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen, bathrooms and a beautiful large balcony with open views.
One of the bedrooms is currently used as a home office / fitness room, but can of course easily be converted back into a normal bedroom.
I furnished and equipped the apartment myself and would ideally like to leave most of the furniture, electrical appliances and household equipment in the apartment for the next tenant. This can also include kitchen equipment, dishes, vacuum cleaner and many other everyday essentials.
The idea is that the new tenant can simply arrive with their personal belongings and immediately feel at home – without having to spend time and money furnishing and equipping an entire apartment.
The location is excellent. Kato Polemidia offers very convenient access to the highway, while at the same time you can reach practically anywhere in Limassol within approximately 15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. This makes the apartment particularly convenient for anyone who wants easy access to the city while avoiding the busiest central areas.
