Big Van Rental is looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional individual to join our team as a Van Rental Operations Assistant.
π Position: Van Rental Operations Assistant
π
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
π Working Hours: 6 hours per day
πΆ Salary: 1200 net
π Key Responsibilities:
π Manage vehicle handovers and returns, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers.
π Handle customer enquiries and manage rental bookings via phone, email, and in person.
π Prepare rental agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
π Inspect vehicles before and after rentals, documenting any damage and reporting issues or maintenance requirements.
π§Ύ Prepare and issue invoices and receipts for rental payments.
π€ Communicate with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
π οΈ Assist with the day-to-day operations of the rental business to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
π Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
π
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage bookings and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
π Able to commute to our offices in Monagroulli, Limassol.
π¨πΎ Must have the legal right to work in Cyprus and be able to work without requiring visa or work permit sponsorship.
- Responsible, punctual, organised, and professional.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and follow instructions.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
Previous experience in vehicle rental, administration, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
