DOM is a dynamically developing international group of companies with several business areas. We are expanding our team and looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our offices in Limassol, Paphos, Nicosia, Famagusta, or Larnaca.
We are a perfect match if you:
• Possess competent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build a dialogue.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Are capable of fast learning and open to working on mistakes.
• Can work in a multitasking environment with a large number of clients and properties.
• Strive for development and acquiring new knowledge in the real estate field.
• Speak languages: Russian and English (Greek is an advantage).
• Have a valid work permit for Cyprus.
Your key responsibilities:
• Prompt processing of incoming client inquiries according to company standards.
• Conducting negotiations and client consultations.
• Selecting real estate according to client requests.
• Organizing property viewings.
• Overseeing transactions before and after their completion.
• Expanding the existing real estate database.
