A construction company in Limassol is building a team for high-quality internal plastering works using mechanised and automated equipment. We are looking for ambitious, technically minded finishing specialists with hands-on experience and a strong commitment to workmanship and quality.

Key Responsibilities
• prepare surfaces, set plaster guides/beacons, and work with laser levels and measuring tools;
• apply and level plaster; complete corners, reveals and junctions by hand to a high standard;
• check wall geometry, verticality and flatness throughout the work process;
• correct local defects and deliver finished surfaces ready for acceptance without rework;
• after training, operate automated plastering equipment and perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance.
Quality Standard
• accurate wall geometry and consistent surface flatness;
• clean internal/external corners, reveals and junctions;
• Right First Time approach — minimum defects, corrections and rework;
• volume bonus is paid only for work that meets quality requirements and is accepted.
Requirements
• hands-on experience in plastering or other professional finishing works;
• clear understanding of high-quality interior finishing standards;
• confident use of hand/power tools, laser levels and straightedges;
• accuracy, discipline, strong productivity and personal responsibility for the final result;
• technical mindset and willingness to learn modern construction equipment.
Preferred
• vocational construction or technical education;
• experience in mechanised plastering or premium/high-spec projects;
• driving licence and own car.

• €2,500 gross/month + additional volume-based bonus subject to quality acceptance;
