💼 The Role
As a Forex Conversion Agent, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, build strong relationships, and guide them through the client onboarding process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound calls.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients using effective sales and communication techniques.
- Build trust and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Explain the company’s services, platform features, and onboarding procedures accurately.
- Follow up with leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience in Forex, CFD, financial services, or a similar conversion/sales role.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- A confident, persuasive, and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
