Responsibilities:
* Responding to tenants’ maintenance requests.
* Carrying out minor repairs and general maintenance work in apartments and residential buildings.
* Performing basic electrical repairs.
* Handling plumbing repairs and maintenance.
* Carrying out painting and touch-up works.
* Identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in general maintenance and handyman work.
* Practical skills in electrical work, plumbing, and painting.
* Own car and valid driving licence.
* Responsible, punctual, and well-organised, with a professional attitude.
* No bad habits.
* Russian language skills are preferred.
