Cleaning between guests is paid per booking, because every host has a different number of bookings: • Changeover cleaning: studio or 1 bedroom €40, 2 bedrooms €50, 3 bedrooms €65, 4 bedrooms €80, each extra bedroom €15. Beds made with your linen, bathroom and kitchen cleaned, restock, damage check with photos. • Laundry: €15 per bedroom (sheets, pillowcases and towels, washed and ironed) • Have your own cleaner? Guest-ready check after them, €25 • Guest key handover, €20 Example: 2-bedroom villa with 4 bookings a month = €220 + 4 × €50 = €420. Guest supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee) at cost with receipts, or you supply them. Everything on one monthly invoice. We don't handle bookings, pricing or guest messages.
