Looking for a modern 2 bedroom apartment in paphos or limassol from february

Hi! I'm looking for a modern 2 bedroom apartment in Paphos or Limassol for a long term lease in my name, 12 months or more, starting around 1 February 2027. Ideally in a great location with a pool or sea view, something a bit special. Budget around 1,500 euros a month. I'll live there myself part of the year. While I'm away travelling, a licensed management company would rent it out on Airbnb, so it never sits empty. They take care of cleaning, guests and maintenance, and everything is fully insured.
