Context
We run a new kind of platform for charity-driven lottery — a Python microservices
backend plus React apps (operator Admin, player Webapp, web Cashier). This role owns
the third-party integration surface (game providers + payments) and the operator
Admin, working across backend and frontend.
What you'll own
• Game-provider integrations — the aggregation hub, the game providers contracts,
launch / wallet / callback flows, and reconciliation against provider ledgers.
• Payment integrations — the payment service and provider adapters (e.g. a LatAm
payment provider): webhooks, callbacks, idempotent external calls, settlement hooks.
• Operator Admin (fullstack) — the Django admin service and the React Admin app: CMS
sections, operator workflows, limits/settlement screens.
• Cashier flows where integration touches the terminal.
• Backend services (FastAPI, uv-workspace) and the React/TanStack frontend as needed.
Must-have
• Strong Python + FastAPI (async); SQLAlchemy 2.0 / SQLModel; PostgreSQL.
• Proven third-party API integration — webhooks, callbacks, idempotency, and
reconciliation against external systems.
• Fullstack — React 19 + TypeScript on the app stack (TanStack, Feature-Sliced);
comfortable moving between backend and frontend.
• Django (the admin service).
• Docker; Redis/Valkey.
• Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus.
Nice-to-have
• iGaming / game-provider or payment-gateway (PSP) integration experience.
• Orval/OpenAPI generated clients; message-driven / transactional-outbox patterns.
• KYC/AML or settlement flows.
• uv, Ruff, Pyright.
First 90 days
Own the game-provider + payment integration surface and the Admin app; onboard or
harden one provider integration end-to-end, with reconciliation in place.
