Context
Three React apps share one modern TypeScript stack and a Feature-Sliced architecture: an
operator Admin console (our heaviest UI), a player Webapp, and a web Cashier. We're a
startup, and as we grow and take on more products, we're adding a senior to own
frontend architecture and set the conventions across our apps.
What you'll own
• The shared frontend architecture (Feature-Sliced Design), conventions (enforced via
cursor rules), and the component/design-system layer across all three apps.
• Complex Admin UI — data grids (TanStack Table), a node/flow-graph editor (xyflow),
drag-and-drop, markdown authoring, maps.
• A clean generated API layer (Orval/OpenAPI) and strict server-state vs client-state
separation (TanStack Query vs Zustand).
• Performance (React Compiler; player-app polish) and accessibility (long-session
operator tooling).
• i18n discipline (i18next + extraction).
• Bootstrapping new frontends as new products launch.
• Frontend code review and mentoring across the fullstack team.
Must-have
• Expert TypeScript (strict; generics; discriminated unions).
• React 19 incl. React Compiler (no manual memoization); modern hooks.
• Vite build pipeline.
• TanStack Router (file-based; loaders/guards) + TanStack Query (query-key factories;
mutations; cache invalidation).
• Client/server state separation; Zustand.
• Forms at scale — Formik + Yup/Zod.
• Generated API clients (Orval/OpenAPI) — never hand-edited.
• CSS Modules; component architecture; design-system thinking.
• Feature-Sliced Design or a comparable scalable FE architecture.
• pnpm; ESLint 9 / Prettier.
• Languages: professional working English required; Russian a strong plus.

First 90 days
Own the conventions + design-system layer and unblock the fullstack devs on frontend; ship
a meaningful Admin or Webapp slice; establish review standards for the team.
