Experienced holiday apartment cleaner

We are looking for a highly experienced, reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to take care of 4 holiday apartments located in the same building at Finikoudes, Larnaca WORKLOAD & WORKING HOURS - 4 holiday apartments (1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units) - Approximately 24 cleanings per month - Minimum 100 working hours per month - Approximately 4–5 hours of cleaning per apartment - Flexible working hours, usually between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM - Normal guest check-out: 11:00 AM - Normal guest check-in: 3:00 PM - Flexibility is essential, including weekends when required - Cleaning must always be completed before the next guests arrive LAUNDRY & IRONING – VERY IMPORTANT You are responsible for washing, drying and professionally ironing all bed linen and towels. - 1-bedroom apartments: 1 complete bedding set plus towels - 2-bedroom apartments: 2 complete bedding sets plus towels There are two possible ways to handle the laundry: Option 1 – Laundry at Home (Preferred) Take the used bed linen and towels home, wash, dry and properly iron everything. Bring the clean, freshly ironed linen and towels back for the next cleaning. Option 2 – Laundry in the Apartment If sufficient time is available during cleaning, you may use the apartment's washing machine. - You may wash the laundry in the apartment and take it home afterwards for drying and ironing. - If there is enough time, you may also dry the laundry in the apartment. - Any wet laundry taken home must be hung up or dried immediately. - All laundry must be completely dry before being used again. - Damp or wet bedding must NEVER be placed on the beds. The cleaning time between guest check-out and check-in is limited. You must organize the laundry efficiently and ensure that clean, dry and perfectly ironed bedding is always available for incoming guests. All beds must be made to professional hotel standards. Wrinkled, damp or poorly ironed bedding is absolutely unacceptable. PROFESSIONAL WINDOW CLEANING – MANDATORY You MUST have excellent professional window-cleaning skills. All windows, mirrors and glass surfaces must be perfectly clean and completely streak-free, just like those cleaned by a professional window cleaner. Your window-cleaning skills WILL BE TESTED during a practical cleaning assessment. If you cannot clean windows to a professional, completely streak-free standard, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. We are extremely strict about this requirement and will not hire anyone who fails the window-cleaning test. REQUIREMENTS - Proven professional cleaning experience - Previous hotel or holiday apartment housekeeping experience strongly preferred - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent cleaning skills for bathrooms, kitchens, floors, furniture, mirrors and windows - Ability to manage laundry and ironing independently - Flexible availability according to guest bookings - Reliable, punctual and well-organized - Ability to work independently without constant supervision - Availability for at least 100 working hours per month IMPORTANT We expect every apartment to be spotlessly clean, perfectly presented and ready for the next guests.
