The Siruba ASP-ABF100J is a high-performance electronic button sewing machine equipped with an advanced automatic button feeding system. Designed specifically for sewing flat buttons, it ensures reliable and secure attachment using a durable lockstitch mechanism. The integration of the LKS-1903AN sewing head, developed in cooperation with JUKI, provides industrial-grade precision and stability, making it ideal for high-volume production in garment factories.

With the ability to sew up to 120 buttons per minute, the ASP-ABF100J significantly enhances efficiency compared to manual methods. Stepper motor control guarantees smooth and consistent button feeding. The system supports button diameters from 8 to 20 mm (extendable up to 22 mm), and thicknesses between 1.5 and 3.5 mm, without requiring part replacement. The built-in automatic rejection mechanism removes buttons incorrectly positioned (top side down), further improving workflow and reducing errors. A clear, intuitive graphical control panel allows operators to manage stitching settings, pattern selection, and feeder adjustments with ease.

The machine includes various feeder holders for multiple button hole spacings (2.2, 2.4, 2.8, 3.2, and 3.6 mm), offering great versatility. With 33 pre-programmed stitching patterns, it adapts to a wide range of garment specifications. It also features a needle system DPx17 #14, and operates at a maximum sewing speed of 2700 stitches per minute. The ASP-ABF100J requires a standard 230V/50Hz power supply and compressed air (average consumption 20 liters per minute) to operate its pneumatic components efficiently.
