Utilizing premium German materials and unique constructionmethods, we are committed to delivering affordable, top-quality homes that combine sustainability with modern living.As we continue to expand our operations in Cyprus, we are seeking a talented and motivated Head Architect to steerus towards building exceptional homes.Key Responsibilities:-Architectural Study and Construction Project Supervision: Lead and supervise architectural studies, ensuringprojects are executed according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.-Preparation of Architectural Plans: Develop detailed architectural drawings using German materials and methods,ensuring alignment with the project’s vision, local regulatory approvals and client requirements.-Preparation of Construction Plans: Create comprehensive construction plans, including detailed specifications anddocumentation for contractors and subcontractors.-3D Visualization of Designs (Optional): Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to visualize design conceptsand present them to clients and stakeholders.-Application Submission to Planning Authority and Municipality: Prepare and submit all necessary applications tothe relevant planning authorities and municipalities, including building permits and other regulatory approvals.-Elaboration of Offers to Subcontractors: Develop and evaluate proposals for subcontractors, ensuring competitivepricing and adherence to project specifications.-Architectural Design Implementation Study: Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, conducting sitevisits and inspections as needed to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.-Submission of Final Designs: Prepare and submit final design documents for approval, ensuring all projectrequirements and regulatory standards are met.-Coordination with Engineers: Work closely with civil, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate andcoordinate design, supervision, and installation processes, ensuring a cohesive approach to project execution.Qualifications:-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.-Licensed Architect.-3+ years of experience in architectural design and construction project management.-Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).-Strong knowledge of building zones, regulations, and permit processes in Cyprus.-Excellent project management and organizational skills.-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.-Experience with 3D visualization software is a plus.-Experience with timber construction is highly desirable.Benefits:-Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.-Hybrid work model allowing flexibility between remote and on-site work.-Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume, portfolio, and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience andwhy they are a good fit for this role
