Either the green bedroom OR the pink bedroom are available in this clean and tidy apartment situated 100m from the beach not far from Limassol Zoo. The apartment is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat and you would be sharing with a polyglot British man who works in institutional finance. Only one of the two spare bedrooms will be let and the remaining bedroom will be left empty and available for us both to host our family and friends. I do not need a tenant but if a suitably fun-loving, cosmopolitan, tidy and clean person can be found, then the room is yours!
There is a spare bicycle and spare e-scooter available for the tenant. There is also a colour printer, scanner and extremely fast fiber optic WiFi internet.
Note that the room will be let to only one person, no couples or families, Australian rugby teams or an entire village from the Punjab :))
