Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional to join our expanding team at Crystec Spas. As a Sales Assistant/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business sales, exceeding sales targets, and providing outstanding service to existing customers while maximizing cross-sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate new business sales through various channels, including but not limited to, prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our hot tub products to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Identify opportunities for cross-sales and upselling additional products and accessories to existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-purchase support.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Crystec Spas as the premier choice in the market.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives and contribute to the success of the retail store.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
