We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of B2B Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Actively seek and attract new clients in the business segment
Conduct successful negotiations with potential and existing clients
Maintain long-term relationships with clients
Prepare and conduct presentations of the company's products or services
Resolve issues and provide necessary support to clients
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production departments for the successful fulfillment of orders
Maintain sales and client interaction reports
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar position
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
Deep understanding of the company's products or services and their features
Ability to conduct successful negotiations and secure profitable deals
Goal-oriented with the ability to set and achieve targets
Experience using sales tools and CRM systems
Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions
Proficiency in the English language, sufficient for effective negotiations
Higher education in marketing, business, or related fields
Work permit in Cyprus
