This is a flat share of a 4 bedroom, 2nd floor remodelled flat on Agia Zoni. The room is very spacious.
We are looking for a non-smoking person who is clean and quiet. We prefer a professional or student who speaks either Russian or Ukrainian. But an English-speaking EU citizen would fit fine with the current team too. There are 3 more people living in the whole apartment. Everyone is in separate rooms.
The price includes the room rental, common expenses, water, and cable internet, but electricity will be extra.
The room is available immediatelly for one month deposit + one month rent payment. You can request deposit to be paid with 2 or 3 monthly instalment instead of upfront.
The contract can be cancelled by giving 2 weeks notice.
