Position: Accountant

📍 Limassol, Cyprus

Employment Type: Full-time, office-based (new position in the company)

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals

- Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports

- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors)

- Fluency in Greek and English (both spoken and written)

- Knowledge of Russian is not required but will be considered an advantage

- Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

- Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is required
