Vehicle Operations Technician – Paralimni AreaAbout the RoleRideNow Car Rental LTD is seeking a reliable and hands-on Vehicle Operations Technician to support our fleet operations in the Paralimni area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that company vehicles are clean, fueled, well-presented, and ready for customers at all times. This role combines vehicle care, basic technical support, and operational assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular inspections of company vehicles.Wash, clean, and prepare vehicles to company standards.Refuel vehicles when required.Deliver and collect vehicles from designated locations.Check vehicle condition and report any damages, faults, or maintenance requirements.Assist customers with vehicle-related issues when necessary.Perform basic troubleshooting and minor vehicle-related tasks.Coordinate with the Fleet Management team regarding vehicle availability and operational needs.Monitor vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall readiness.Assist with the installation or replacement of vehicle accessories and equipment when required.Support emergency vehicle recoveries and roadside assistance operations when necessary.Ensure all company procedures and safety standards are followed.RequirementsValid Cyprus Driving Licence (Category B).Good knowledge of the Paralimni.Basic mechanical or technical knowledge of vehicles is considered an advantage.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks.Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and navigation tools.Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in car rental, fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or similar roles.Experience with vehicle inspections and customer service.Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and procedures.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Company training and development opportunities.Dynamic and growing work environment.Opportunity to work with modern vehicle technology and fleet management systems.If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working with vehicles, we would like to hear from you.

We’re looking for a strong Head Chef to lead our kitchen and keep the standards our partners rely on every day. About the role You will lead the kitchen and take responsibility for the food that leaves it: taste, appearance, portion size, consistency, safety, and overall quality. We need a chef who can combine creativity and structure — someone who can create menus, understand seasonality, work with Mediterranean and European food, and confidently cook Slavic dishes when needed. This person should also be comfortable leading a professional kitchen team, keeping processes clear, working with customer feedback, and maintaining the standards of a modern production kitchen. Key responsibilities ● Manage daily breakfast and lunch production for office clients. ● Create menus with seasonality, variety, and production logic in mind. ● Create and maintain recipe cards. ● Control taste, weight, appearance, portioning, and final output. ● Keep the kitchen structured, disciplined, clean, and calm under pressure. ● Lead, coordinate, and support the kitchen team. ● Work according to hygiene, storage, HACCP, and ISO-based standards. ● Coordinate with the supplier manager on product needs and kitchen planning. ● Use internal digital systems and computer-based records as part of daily kitchen work. Key requirements ● At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef. ● Experience in catering, dark kitchen, delivery, production kitchen, or a similar format. ● Ability to create and maintain recipe cards. ● Comfortable working with digital tools, internal kitchen systems, and computer-based records. ● Understanding of allergens, ingredients, and nutritional calculations. ● Knowledge of hygiene, storage, HACCP and/or ISO-based standards. ● Languages: Fluent Russian and English (B1 or higher) are required. ● Ability to lead, explain, control, and take responsibility. A strong sous-chef background is valuable, but for this role we need someone who has already carried full responsibility for a kitchen.
