Technician

Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Technician for the Annabelle Hotel to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises.Job RoleThe ideal candidate will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as electrical, mechanical, painting, HVAC installations, landscaping etc.Duties & Responsibilities- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards- Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)- Undertake any other duties as required by the Maintenance Manager and/ or Chief Engineer.Requirements- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position at 5* Hotel will be considered as an advantage- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical and other systems- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills- Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime- Must be a caring personality that shows empathy and understanding- Commitment to learning & self-development- Promotes cooperation & commitment within a team What we offer- Attractive remuneration package - Provident Fund - Staff discounts at Hotels & Kult Boutiques- Free meals on duty- Employee Appreciation Program and Reward Scheme- Great work-life balance- Comprehensive new staff induction programmes- Group-wide professional development opportunities across countries and properties- Continuous training opportunitiesIf you are interested in joining our team, kindly send us your CV.

Assistant accountant

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC, a Real Estate and Hotel Company, is looking to hire an Assistant accountant . Assistant αccountant will assist in all accounting department functions to ensure efficiency and compliance. This may include supervising employees, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits.
