Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated, part-time 1-on-1 support within the classroom to help the student engage with daily school activities and curriculum. Implement positive reinforcement strategies to encourage communication, speech development, and social interaction. Collaborate closely with the classroom teacher and parents to ensure consistency in the student's learning and development. Help navigate social interactions with peers, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teacher, Teacher’s Assistant, or Home Educator is required. Experience with early childhood development or speech delays is highly advantageous. Language: Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills. Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible part-time schedule based on the school's and student's needs.
