Job Title: F&B Supervisor — Summer 2026Location: CyprusEmployment: Full-time Start: Summer 2026Overview Experienced F&B Supervisor role in a stylish Cyprus hotel. Supervise service staff, support daily F&B operations, train team members and ensure high service standards across all shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach service staff to maintain standards.Participate in daily F&B operations and train new employees.Provide friendly, professional food & beverage service; use upselling where appropriate.Prepare stations, take orders, process payments and clear/reset tables.Ensure dining areas and equipment are clean and working.Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams; escalate complex issues to management.Communicate clearly with staff and management.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' experience as F&B Supervisor (4- or 5-star hotel/resort preferred).Excellent English; Greek is an advantage.Strong leadership, customer-service and communication skills.Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; good physical stamina.EU/EEA or Cypriot nationality required (no visa sponsorship).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience).13th salary; paid annual leave.Meals during shifts; uniform provided.Referral bonus; training and career development.No company accommodation provided.Subject: F&B Supervisor Application – Summer 2026
