Refreshing and validating report data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. VoIP system administration: managing user accounts, configuring system parameters, and troubleshooting. Ensuring reporting transparency and providing relevant data to management. Requirements 2+ years of experience in CFD Brokerage in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (preferably FX Back Office). Experience with reporting, KPI tracking, and data validation. Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
