PERILAGE Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Manager to support the coordination and execution of construction projects in Limassol. The role involves both site and office responsibilities, ensuring smooth project progress and effective communication between all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

- Review drawings and support proper implementation on site.

- Identify and resolve issues to ensure efficient project delivery.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) is essential.

- Valid driving license is required.

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

- Ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with teams.
