Affiliate Manager ( Remote )Job Description:You will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners and you will be working with a variety of different companies, from e-commerce retailers to media outlets, and help them generate revenue by promoting their products or services through third-party websites or platforms.Main Responsibilities:- Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs- Maintain and monitor affiliate programs and activities- Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts- Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with our affiliate program in accordance with our terms- Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners- Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on investment (ROI)- Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information- Review sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued- Analyze demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services- Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)- Write marketing briefs and work with our creative team to develop assets for campaigns- Initiate new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates- Represent company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)Requirements:- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying or any other related field is a plus- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role- Experience within the Forex or Fintech industry will be considered a plus- Excellent command of English and Spanish language is a must- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines- Ability to multitask and excellent attention to details- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and positive attitude- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), knowledge of affiliate networks- Exceptional planning and project management skills- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills- Ability to travel when needed to conferences and/or team meetings in other locationsBenefits- Monthly bonuses based on performance21 working days of annual leave- Work remotely whilst being part of a global team- Udemy Business unlimited membership- Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment
